Our Mission: Build relationships with mothers of preschoolers that focus on spiritual growth, teaching, prayer, support, encouragement, and consistent interaction.
What is MOPS? MOPS stands for Mothers Of Preschoolers. MOPS International is a Christian group that serves mothers with children from birth through kindergarten (including expectant mothers). At our MOPS group you will find support, encouragement, relationships, and an opportunity for spiritual growth.
What happens in a MOPS meeting? A MOPS meeting typically has the following elements: 1.social interaction; 2.a speaker; 3.prayer; 4.craft time. Our meetings are designed to equip you to be a better mom, “because better moms make a better world.”.
MOPS Meeting Details: MOPS meet from 10:00AM - Noon in the AMBC Fellowship Hall on the 1st Tuesday of each month beginning September 7. AMBC is located at 10633 Lake Creek Parkway. (NOTE: The first meeting in September will have two initial meeting times / 10AM - Noon and 6:30 - 8:30PM. Beginning in October the meetings will be held on the 1st Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:30PM.)
Is childcare available? Yes. Registration is $30 and childcare is available if needed. Advance reservations are required for childcare.
Weekly MOPS Bible Study: Begins Tuesday, September 14 from 9:30- 10:30AM in Room 105.
